This is a step-by-step guide on how to claim your prizes through our new Prize Redemption Page for MU. Prizes for current and future promos will be claimable through this method.

Claiming Prizes

*IMPORTANT: Make sure you are NOT logged in to MU (in-game) when claiming your prize!

Step 1: Log in at www.mobiusonline.net.




Step 2: Click on "Claim Prizes" at the left.




Step 3: You'll see your prizes listed. Click on the"Claim" button.



Step 4: Select the character you wish to receive the prizes on, then click "Redeem".

• MU: You will receive a warning if the selected character's inventory does not have room for prizes. You will then need to log in to MU, clear inventory, then log out again before proceeding.

Step 5: Congratulations, you've received your prize. Log in to MU/ Dekaron.

• MU: Items will appear in character's inventory.

Redemption History

How do you check to see prizes you've claimed in the past?

Step 1: Log in at www.mobiusonline.net.



Step 2: Click on Redemption History at the left.



Step 3: View your history of claimed prizes.




FAQs
Q: What does it mean if I don't see the "Claim Prizes" link at the left when I log in?
A: That means that:

• You are not eligible for promo prizes; or
• You are eligible for promo prizes, but those are not the prizes being awarded at this time. Check announcements to see what prizes are being awarded at this time.
