Rakion.bin Error? Please post here / read instructions carefully

Greetings Rakionistas!

As part of our continued effort to serve you better, allow us to address your problems regarding the Rakion.bin Error. All you have to do is follow the instructions here and we will try what we can do to fix your account. Flame posts will not be tolerated in this thread. As I've said, we will be trying our best to help you one at a time to fix your problem but please bare in mind that we too have our own limitations. Let this be a two-way relationship whereas if we say something, hopefully, you listen. And at the same time, what you post here, will be given the proper attention due to it.

Now for those interested to have their Rakion.bin problem solved, please provide us the information below:
    Character Name: (please include the proper capitalization and correct spelling including special characters if any)
    Character Class:
    Your Nationality / Country you belong to: (geological location, ex: ph, my, sg)
This is not an immediate solution but we will use this to try to manually fix users which have been experiencing the same error. We are not giving details how the fix can be done but it can only be done through our side at the moment.

Again, please post only the information requred. STRICTLY NO FLAMING.

For accounts that were already fixed but suddenly encountered the error again:
If you were booted out...Don't panic, just log in your account again.

DO NOTE that alhough we are playing in Malaysia, but our nationality in the rankings are Phillipines... Hopefully, ur support specialist will find a goodsolutionfor us all. Thak you.

And I think that the enchatment caused us the error bin problem.
